Had a great experience with Michael, I had to leave town for the weekend and Michael worked around my schedule to resize my watch. Even helped me put the bracelet on when the other jeweler couldn’t. Thank you once again for an amazing experience and going above and beyond expectations.

First time in. Just moved to Gig Harbor. Superb customer service! Just came in to get a battery installed for my watch, and they were so incredibly kind and efficient. My husband had trouble installing it and they did it with such ease. I was also able to purchase a new band for my favorite watch, which they quickly installed and my watch is like new. Thank you so much! I will definitely return to look at some of your beautiful jewelry.
