Online Return Policy

Stock Items: We will happily accept returns within 30 days of the original sale as long as the item has not been used & is accompanied by the receipt. Wrist watches must be in new & unworn condition.

Special orders: final sales & personalized items will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Refunds will be given in the same method as the original purchase.

If the item was a gift, it may be returned within the 30-day period for a store credit.

 

Once your returned item is received, your refund or new item will be processed shortly. Our store will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, re-sized, or damaged cannot be accepted for return. All merchandise must be received within 35 days of purchase.

How to prepare a return:

To return an item please follow these steps:

• Package Your Return. Include all original packaging material and appraisal (if applicable)
• Items Less than $500: You can ship insured with any carrier. 
• Items $500 and over: Ship via US Postal Service insured for the total value. Optional return receipt: For a nominal fee will alert you once we have received your shipment.
• Check with carrier to verify item can be insured for full amount.
